We have an office in Houston, TX, but our headquarters are based in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. This gives us a major advantage in time zone alignment compared to offshore teams in Southeast Asia—we work your hours, not while you're sleeping. Plus, we're just a call or message away when you need us most.

Absolutely. We use tools like Xactimate, PlanSwift, and Roofr to deliver fast, accurate estimates and detailed insurance supplements tailored to your jobs. 

6. How much do your services cost? 

Pricing depends on the service and your monthly volume. Contact us for a free consultation and custom quote. Our solutions are often more cost-effective than hiring full-time in-house staff. 

7. Do you offer marketing services? 

Yes! We specialize in roofing-focused digital marketing. Our services include social media management, ad campaigns, branding, and lead generation—all customized for roofing contractors. 

8. Can I outsource just one service, or do I need a full package? 

You can outsource only what you need. Whether it’s estimates, a virtual assistant, or bookkeeping—we’ll tailor our support to fit your business. Many clients start with one service and expand over time. 

9. How do I get started?

  • ➕ Supplements: 2–3 weeks (depending on complexity and carrier response)

Commercial Services 

  • 🏢 Roof Full Estimate: 1.5–2 weeks 

  • 📐 Roof Takeoff Report: 3–5 business days 

  • 🧱 Siding Takeoff Report w/ Material List: 4–7 business days

Yes! We work with most major platforms like JobNimbus, CompanyCam, AccuLynx, and others. If you're not using a system yet, we can help you get one set up. 

15. Do you offer bilingual services? 

Yes. We provide bilingual support in English and Spanish—especially for inbound call handling and customer service roles.

We use email, ClickUp, and direct messaging for clear and consistent updates. You’ll always know the status of your projects—and who to contact for quick answers. 

20. What if I’m not happy with the service? 

We believe in building long-term partnerships. If something’s not working, we’ll address it immediately and adjust to your needs—no red tape or excuses. 

21. What kind of architectural services do you offer? 

 

Our in-house Architectural Department supports roofing contractors, developers, and builders with:
